"Creating shots " suspended" between reality and abstraction, found in real areas of our lives is a good way for me to embody my individual gaze . Since LOOKING is a matter attributed to an individual's perception of the world, I most readily focus on photographing not so much the places themselves, but the ephemeral things and situations associated with different spaces. I am troubled by the limits of our perception of the world, to what extent does our imagination, curiosity, as well as the considerable array of instruments or tools available today to record the reality around us, allow us to discover and depict it again and again?
Probably for this reason, I am constantly accompanied by Marcel Proust's statement :
"a true voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new lands, but in a new view" .
Painting - is another, currently the most active medium, to which the artist boldly reached out in 2019.
In order to meet it and find her individual quality, like many famous painters, she changed her geographical location. She went to sunny Andalusia for the light and colors for her paintings.
She treats her painting multidimensionally and describes it as energy painting, which, in addition to its, so to speak, primary function of personal creative expression, aims to structure energy. And this is what she mainly focuses on when creating. In her assumptions, it is the colors, shapes and textures, properly juxtaposed - coexisting with each other on one plane, that create a certain vibration. In this way, they have a significant overtone, and thus influence our mood and the quality of our lives. This is such a peculiar form, contemporary therapy through art. As an antidote to the times in which we so lack contact with ourselves. With the absolute - our divinity, which we are as beings connected to it, and to each other. Art is there to awaken, open and inspire us to live creatively. A full, conscious, good living life."
