50x40cm, acrylic on canvas, 2024
From the author:
Blurred Love depicts feelings that pass like delicate patches of color, gradually blurring into consciousness. Love, like fog, flies across the canvas of time, and its contours are increasingly difficult to distinguish. In this hazy landscape of the heart, the passing moments are like raindrops on a window pane, which disappear after a while, leaving behind only melancholy. Black accents, like notes of disappointment, add contrast, reminding us of the complexity of feelings that, though fuzzy, still leave a lasting mark.
Monika Pochroń
Born in 2000. She comes from a small town in eastern Poland. Currently a student of biotechnology at the Wrocław University of Technology, but she prefers to present herself as an artist. She has always dreamed of painting and reaching people through art. Her greatest aspiration was to make creating her main occupation, but she never had the courage. She grew up believing that art does not provide financial stability, that artists barely make ends meet. However, she now believes that if you can provide people with something of value, you will be appreciated. Over the past few years, she has made significant changes in every aspect of her life. She started following her heart, pursuing what she really wants from life and chasing her dreams, instead of conforming to the expectations of others or self-imposed standards.
